Text should be easy to read: e.g. sans-serif font, appropriate text size.

Avoid figures that have colour combinations that are not suitable for colour-blind viewers.

Any gifs or videos should avoid flashing content.
For talks

Describe important figures and images to the audience.
For posters

Adapt design of the poster for online viewing rather than the standard conference poster.

Posters will be displayed as an image, however, if this is not accessible to all delegates, please create a text version for Alt text. These will be used for delegates that would like a screen-reader friendly version.
